Field Inspector
We are searching for a Field Inspector to learn our insurance business from the ground up. This role is the “face of our organization” and requires meeting with our policyholder to re-inspect their home. These homes vary in size and design and require diligence and precision in the re-inspection process. Duties include:

- Scheduling appointments and meeting policyholders to perform an interior and exterior inspection.
- Directly contacting and interacting with our policyholders.
- Using insurance policy maintenance and workflow/scanning software including, prior to onsite inspection, investigating /reviewing property information and preparing information.
- Inspecting the property by taking outside measurements and photos of the interior and exterior of the home. Recognizing new additions and/or changes to the property as well as potential problems or hazards on the property – documents these items.
- Requires positive customer service and being knowledgeable about our products.
